Study Summary
This trial will test whether a targeted brain stimulation called HD-tDCS can help reduce muscle synergy impairment, which is a major limitation to the recovery of independent function after a stroke.

Study Objectives
Outcome measures can provide a clearer picture of what you can expect from a treatment.Primary outcome measures
Change in a subset of Fugl-Meyer Upper Extremity assessment which is mainly related to the muscle synergies
Secondary outcome measures
Change in Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS)-evoke motor-evoked potentials (MEP)
Other outcome measures
Change in Brain symmetry index
