This trial is for adults living in Lynchburg, Virginia who are under-resourced, meaning they qualify for welfare programs like food stamps or Medicaid, or have an income at or below twice the Federal Poverty Threshold.Check my eligibility
What is being tested?
The study is testing a new transportation model called ACTiN designed to improve access to transport in small cities and rural areas. It will look at how this affects wellness based on annual health check standards and chronic disease metrics.See study design
What are the potential side effects?
Since this trial involves a transportation service rather than a medical intervention, there aren't typical side effects as with drugs; however, any unexpected negative impacts related to using the service will be monitored.
