This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You have a body mass index (BMI) ranging from 30 to 40, which is considered overweight or obese.You have a health condition or injury that makes it difficult to walk on a treadmill.You have indications of heart, lung, metabolic, or kidney problems.

This trial has the following groups:- Group 1: Active-Sedentary Control
- Group 2: Active-Sedentary Experimental
