Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You have serious lung conditions like severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pulmonary fibrosis, active asthma, or acute pneumonia.You have swelling in your ankles that leaves a slight pit when pressed on, but it goes away quickly.You can comfortably lie flat on your back with just one pillow (about 10 cm high) for at least 30 minutes without feeling short of breath, according to what you tell us.You are currently taking medications for COPD, such as inhalers or oxygen therapy.

This trial has the following groups:- Group 1: Stable ADHF patients
- Group 2: Control Patients
