Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You have a long-term health condition.You have a disease that requires medication to suppress your immune system, such as inflammatory bowel disease.You have severe liver problems that are causing symptoms such as fluid buildup in the abdomen, confusion, bleeding from enlarged veins in the esophagus, or difficulty breathing due to liver-related lung issues.It's not clear if you have cirrhosis or not.
Research Study Groups:
This trial has the following groups:- Group 1: Healthy controls
- Group 2: Outpatients with cirrhosis
- Group 3: Inpatients with cirrhosis

This trial has 1 awards, including:- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
