Study Summary

This trial will compare the effectiveness of two different approaches to increasing SARS-CoV-2 testing and vaccination uptake among people who inject drugs (PWIDs). The first approach is contingency management (CM), which uses rewards to motivate behavior change. The second approach is CM plus a brief motivational enhancement intervention (MEI). The goal of this trial is to reduce COVID-19 health disparities among PWIDs and to decrease population level COVID-19 morbidity and mortality.
