This trial aims to test whether an 8-week powered wheelchair (PWC) skills training program can help children with severe cerebral palsy improve their ability to use a powered wheelchair. The researchers believe that

Who is the study for?
This trial is for children with severe cerebral palsy who may benefit from using a powered wheelchair (PWC) for mobility and independence. To join, they must be able to participate in an 8-week training program and follow-up assessments.Check my eligibility
What is being tested?
The study is testing if special training using the IndieTrainer system over 8 weeks can help these kids get better at controlling their power wheelchairs. It's a randomized trial where some will receive this training while others won't, to compare outcomes.See study design
