Study Summary
This trial is comparing the effects of using small and large bone graft particles together versus using large particles alone to see which results in more vital bone and less residual graft material. Dental radiographs will be taken to estimate any differences in bone graft volume between the two conditions.

Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You use tobacco products like cigarettes or chewing tobacco.You do not want to take part in the study.You are in good overall health.You are able to take care of your teeth and gums properly.You have certain medical conditions that make sinus surgery too risky for you.You have untreated infections in your mouth.You are missing back teeth on both sides of your upper jaw and have less than 5mm of jaw bone left. This means you need additional surgery to build up your jaw bone before getting dental implants.You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.

This trial has the following groups:- Group 1: Bone Graft A
- Group 2: Bone Graft B

This trial has 1 awards, including:- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
