What is being tested?
The study is testing digital interventions over a 4-week period to see if they can reduce hazardous drinking in individuals stressed by the pandemic. The focus is on how stress influences the risk of alcohol misuse and response to treatment.See study design
What are the potential side effects?
Since this trial involves digital interventions rather than medication, traditional side effects are not expected. However, participants may experience emotional discomfort when discussing their drinking habits and stress.
